The special feature of the University of Cooperative Education is the dual system of studying in which
two partners - companies and state-run academic institutions – cooperate. The integration of companies as an active partner within the system of higher education leads to highly qualified
graduates with a sound knowledge of theory and practical experience. Students enrolled at the University of Cooperative Education are both a student and an employee. Learning takes place
in two locations: the State Academy for academic course work and the cooperating company for on the job training. In only three years, students gain a significant advantage over University
graduates.
